<![CDATA[<header><h1>Tests of the domestic UTECH HIT RE500 chemical anchor have begun at the National Research University of MGSU</h1></header><figure><img src="https://static.tildacdn.com/tild3962-3364-4434-b934-393035633464/RY2A5557.jpg"/></figure><div class="t-redactor__text">The first Russian chemical anchor has been tested in the laboratories of the Research Institute of Experimental Mechanics at the National Research University MGSU.<br /><br />We are talking about a product developed by the ASP-Group, which has created the UTECH HITRE 500 chemical anchor for use in high-load applications, both in dry and wet concrete, under various installation and operational conditions. The labs at the Research Institute of Experimental Mechanics are the only facility in Russia specializing in a full range of research on anchor fasteners.<br /><br />Work on anchor fasteners at MGSU began more than ten years ago - research was carried out for the Rosatom State Corporation with the support of the university. With the help of the university, regulations were created to define the characteristics of these products and regulatory design requirements for anchorages. Today, MGSU has experience with a complete range of tests for all relevant regulatory documents related to anchorages.<br /><br />A chemical anchor, or adhesive anchor, is simply a system consisting of two-component adhesive and a metal rod. Installation of chemical anchors is possible on a concrete or stone base in any configuration. The range of applications for this material is as wide as possible. In many cases where there is concrete and reinforcement bars or concrete and studs, a chemical anchor acts as a link between the two parts.<br /><br />"As for testing chemical anchors, this is a complex and specialized task that requires specialized equipment and highly skilled employees. It's crucial to properly analyze and interpret test results in order to determine operating conditions. Currently, only one laboratory in Russia is able to cover the full range of requirements - the laboratory of National Research University MGSU. Without MGSU, it would be impossible to bring the product to market and ensure its high quality, says Stanislav Pashkevich, CEO of ASP Group."<br /><br />As noted by Mikhail Kovalev, a leading engineer at the Research Institute of Experimental Mechanics of the National Research University of MGSU, long-term testing is the most challenging aspect of the process, especially when it comes to testing in climate chambers with constant loads. In order to conduct a full test cycle, a wide range of equipment is required: power equipment, long-term loading equipment, climate chambers, corrosive exposure chambers, and more. In the Russian Federation, only a limited number of organizations have access to all of this equipment.</div>]]>

This year's event was held as part of the International Construction Week. The UTECH brand participated in the exhibition and the business program.<br /><br />At its stand, UTECH demonstrated facade and mounting systems, as well as a chemical anchor. In the area of installation systems, the guests of the stand were able to appreciate the high characteristics of the solutions presented for roofing, ventilation and pipeline fastening. UTECH engineers' own development, an energy–efficient facade system, was shown in the facade area. It reduces heat loss through the system elements by up to four times compared to the classical aluminum alloy system. In addition, the UTECH HITRE 500 chemical anchor was presented at the exhibition. It was recently included in the register of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. During the exhibition, the company's specialists conducted individual consultations on the selection of optimal products for various tasks and told the visitors about the advantages of UTECH technical solutions.<br /><br />An important part of the International Construction Forum was the business program, which included plenary sessions, thematic conferences, discussions, and round tables. Pavel Tsatsyn spoke at the session "Facade and enclosing structures". He presented a modular solution of the UTECH brand – a facade panel with a VFH MODULAR frame support structure, and a VFH CONCRETE frameless cladding mounting system. The developments make it possible to optimize the construction process by reducing the design and installation time, reducing the cost of material and tool consumption.</div><blockquote class="t-redactor__quote">We were very pleased to be a part of such a major event as the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild 2024 exhibition. This year, the event has a special significance for the company. For the first time, we participated in the exhibition under a new brand – UTECH. UTECH, a company that is taking confident steps towards digitalization in construction, showcased its products and innovative IT solutions at its stand. Visitors to the exhibition were able to not only learn about the company's product portfolio but also see a preview of the <strong><a href="https://u-tech.ru/en/landing-pages/ucs" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">UCS digital integrated concrete monitoring system</a></strong>, which was presented by UTECH for the first time at the event.<br /><br />The technology is a wireless sensor that continuously collects measurements and sends data on the properties of hardening concrete every 15 minutes. It precisely controls the parameters of strength, humidity, and temperature, allowing you to remotely monitor the strength of concrete at the construction site.<br /><br />The sensor consists of a durable, waterproof housing that can operate for two years without interruption. It works based on regulatory documents and industry standards. To activate the system, you need to scan a QR code.<br /><br />This technology is small, compact, and easy to install. Data can be accessed through a dedicated application on a PC or smartphone. It can be used in various industries, such as nuclear, bridge construction, and civil engineering. This allows for faster production without compromising quality.<br /><br /><strong>At the UTECH booth No. 6.2, several products were also presented:</strong><br /><br /><ul><li data-list="bullet"><strong>UTECH HITRE 500, a chemical anchor</strong>, is the only anchor included in the register of Russian industrial products by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It has been tested and confirmed to meet the criteria set by the government. The anchor has undergone more than 1,000 tests during the testing program.</li></ul><br /><ul><li data-list="bullet"><strong>VR Zone</strong>: Visitors could experience how UTECH's solutions are implemented in specific facilities using virtual reality glasses.</li></ul><br /><ul><li data-list="bullet"><strong>Composite viewing passage</strong>: A demonstration of the company's products and services.</li></ul><br /><strong>Transport Week 2024</strong> took place from November 19th to 21st, with more than 100 companies exhibiting their achievements and offerings in the transportation industry. <br /><br /><strong>UTECH is a Russian manufacturer and supplier of integrated engineering products and solutions for large-scale construction and industrial projects</strong>.
